We recently got a new puppy. Her name is Dori and she is half Min Pin and half Jack Russell. I was attempting to make a small little video to show my brother, but got a little carried away. This is the outcome.

I was checkin out bands the other day and fell upon this fantastic video of James Husband from polyvinyl records. Not to mention a catchy little song. Great work from these guys and be sure to check them out.

Well we're here hangin out at the house just relaxing after a crazy christmas day. We are currently working on some new material and originals for the upcoming shows, which we promise will be very soon. Many thank to all the people that made it out to the Petrol to come support us. Also thanks to a Mr. Michael Castillo for ending the night with an amazing set of songs. We look forward seeing you all soon. Have a safe new years.

The Petrol Show, too twisted for color T.V.

So we just had our first show on Sunday at the Petrol, and I have to say......... Not too shabby. It was fun and we had a good turn out of people. Some people from work, Petrol regulars, and Troy (forty year old skateboarder, or screen printer and apparently a big Violent Femmes fan. But all and all, it was a lot of fun and certainly not the last of the Douglas Firs I'll tell you that much. There'll be much more to come. So for right now, "we're getting the band back together".
